This project started with a detailed, hand-drawn illustration of Tabasko’s iconic “Ludek” character, created digitally on an iPad for a women’s hoodie.

What I love most about this design is how the same illustration takes on a completely new dimension when translated into embroidery. The original artwork was adapted to work with stitching and additional sewn-on elements, creating a layered, tactile, almost three-dimensional effect.
It’s a great example of how a detailed illustration can evolve into something entirely different through the choice of technique and materials.
